Kids adventures in Nature

Our vision

Our plan for the kids’ weekends away is all about getting them back outdoors to soak up all the cool stuff nature has to offer. We want them to escape the craziness of the city and ditch the tech—like cell phones and iPads. It’s about getting their hands a little dirty, learning to pitch tents, start campfires, and make new friends while hanging out and sharing with each other. We’ve got some fun tasks lined up to help them create and show off what they can do!

Our place

Our camp is located in the stunning Breede River Valley, right at Bainskloof Nature Reserve. Kids will get to explore the cool plants and animals around by spotting different species. We’ve got all sorts of fun activities lined up like hiking, swimming, playing games, drumming, and soaking up nature. The hiking trails are pretty chill, taking you up Limiet Mountain where you’ll catch some awesome views and finish off at a waterfall with a splash pool for the kids to have a blast in!

During the holidays, we love to whisk our kids away for a fun 7–10 days, plus we’ll throw in some Father and Son or Mother and Daughter weekend getaways too!
